Andrew Garfield doesn’t have a problem with drugs and he even thinks there’s too much a stigma around the very word.
The 34 year old spoke to ES Magazine, comparing the difference between cannabis and hallucinogens… saying weed is nice because he can just smoke it, but he has to do hallucinogens in a very conscious way and in a place where he feels free and safe and where he can have a freak out of he wants to.
He even admitted that on his 29th birthday, his friends came out to surprise him in LA, and he did pot brownies with Emma Stone and went to Disneyland.
But there’s a reasoning behind it.
He admits he finds it difficult to be in any social situation with more than 5 people…
So it sounds like the drugs help him out with that.
And hey, so long as he’s staying out of trouble and doing good work, he should keep doing his thing.
