In his most full and frank interview ever, Billy Sherwood talks exclusively to Andrew Eborn about his life, career, regrets, highlights and how he would like to be remembered.
Billy Sherwood joined YES as a guitarist and keyboardist from 1997 to 2000, including for their albums Open Your Eyes (1997) and The Ladder (1999). He was asked by Chris Squire, before his passing, to replace him and keep YES going.
In addition to his involvement with Yes, he is the frontman of progressive rock groups World Trade, Circa and formerly Lodgic.
In 2017, he joined Asia.
Arc Of Life is a new progressive rock supergroup featuring three members of the current YES line-up, vocalist/guitarist Jon Davison, bassist/vocalist Billy Sherwood and additional drummer Jay Schellen. On keyboards, one of the most interesting talents in the “new” progressive rock scene in the US, Dave Kerzner (Sound of Contact) and Jimmy Haun (also featured on YES albums in the past) on guitar.
