Synopsis : The film is about a shoeshiner boy who is roaming the streets of Kinshasa in search of customers. One day, while he is waxing a teacher's shoes in a school, he hears in a classroom another teacher asking a question to he students. He approaches, curious. Since 2005, the Mobile Film Festival reveals and promotes new talents thanks to an international competition open to the largest number, with very simple rules : 1 mobile - 1 minute - 1 film. For its 14th edition celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, participants have made short films on the theme « Stand UP For Human Rights ». 51 films from 19 countries have been selected for the competition.
