Insurers and brokers were reunited this week in Manchester for the BIBA 2011 conference. We have met with Eric Galbraith, BIBA's Chief Executive, who shared with us his enthusiasm for this year's conference. Indeed, this year seems to be a positive year for business, if we measure it with the amount of visitors. Happy to return to Manchester, this BIBA conference was centred around the regulation challenges the broker market currently faces. We have also met with Aon's Chief Executive Greg Case, who accepted to answer about Aon and the UK market.
