Synopsis : What if acts usually considered harmless actually were more significant than what they seem to be ? Three women are exposed to street harassment and humiliating situations which will flout their dignity and femininity. The « belle époque » visually denounces what women feel internally. This movies calls for solidarity and raises awareness on the fact that nowadays respecting women still isn't taken for granted. Since 2005, the Mobile Film Festival reveals and promotes new talents thanks to an international competition open to the largest number, with very simple rules : 1 mobile - 1 minute - 1 film. For its 14th edition celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, participants have made short films on the theme « Stand UP For Human Rights ». 51 films from 19 countries have been selected for the competition.
