In this family restaurant located in the village of Rodik, Slovenia, front of house and wine recommendations are handled by the husband, while his wife Ksenija Mahorčič and her husband is in charge of the kitchen, preparing dishes that showcase ingredients from the Birchinia region. They stay close with small, local suppliers, such as Fonda and help them to be aware of the importance of sustainability. They are committed to food recycling, rainwater collection for gardening and composting, and they also use their own baked pottery as tableware.
