In this episode, we meet Dan Cox, chef-owner of Restaurant Crocadon, located in St Mellion, Cornwall and awarded a Green Star at the MICHELIN Guide Ceremony Great Britain and Ireland 2023. Run primarily as a 120 acre organic farm, chef-owner Dan Cox spent four years cultivating the land before opening up the restaurant. He is a brilliant spokesperson for eco-friendly cooking and has approached his work here with the ethos that to cook the best, you must grow the best. Crocadon is a shining example of ‘field to fork’ dining and what can be achieved in the name of the planet.
