Resin and solvent inks can be used on a wide variety of substrates, but they behave differently depending on the type of media. You need to match the correct application to the correct ink type. Solvent inks are well suited for PVC based media, due to their colour gamut and light fastness. Resin inks have a wider range of applications and work well with media types that are not suited to solvent printers, they are odourless and are perfect for interior design applications.
