Synopsis : A man is trying to clean a window with a bunch of newspapers but as he cleans it, he notices stains of blood soiling the glass. Since 2005, the Mobile Film Festival reveals and promotes new talents thanks to an international competition open to the largest number, with very simple rules : 1 mobile - 1 minute - 1 film. For its 14th edition celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, participants have made short films on the theme « Stand UP For Human Rights ». 51 films from 19 countries have been selected for the competition.
