In this first video, Chefs Enrique Pérez from El Doncel and Samuel Moreno from Molino de Alcuneza, both 1 MICHELIN Star in Sigüenza, hosted chef Javier Olleros, from the restaurant Culler de Pau in O Grove (2 MICHELIN Stars).
