This enthusiastic couple of sommeliers, Thomas and Anne Cabrol, are the founders of a location in Toulouse previously crowned "Best Wine Bar in the World". Now they welcome you to their table d'hôte-style restaurant located near Montagne Noire (the Black Mountain), in the South of France, called La Villa Pinewood, awarded a Green Star and One Star in the MICHELIN Guide France 2023. Here, Anne and Thomas Cabrol run this 12-seat restaurant entirely on their own, where primacy is given to local produce and everything possible is done to limit their environmental impact. Chef Thomas Cabrol is undoubtedly one of the best ambassadors of his region. He invites his guests to connect with the surrounding nature while seated comfortably, using locally sourced ingredients like berries, mushrooms, and wild plants. What’s more, he displays the source of these ingredients on a screen during your meal.
