Synopsis : According the Universal Declaration of Human Rights Article 23.1, "everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment." According to the Article 6, "everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law." A man starts to choke in a street while he was eating. A regrufee, who was a doctor back in his country and is now homeless, saves his life. Since 2005, the Mobile Film Festival reveals and promotes new talents thanks to an international competition open to the largest number, with very simple rules : 1 mobile - 1 minute - 1 film. For its 14th edition celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, participants have made short films on the theme « Stand UP For Human Rights ». 51 films from 19 countries have been selected for the competition.
