UNITED KINGDOM - With three weeks to go before the General Election, the leaders of the UK's three main political parties are preparing for Thursday's live televised debate. Although they're a regular feature in US elections, it's the first time it's ever been done in the United Kingdom. It's a chance for PM Gordon Brown and his rivals, David Cameron and Nick Clegg, to give themselves an edge in the polls, as most predict the vote will return a hung parliament.
